Owen started out in music as a drummer hanging out with high school friends in a small barn in rural North Carolina. He left the comfort of home after a feeble attempt at community college and met up with some friends who had moved to LA.

Rough going at first, but Owen hit his stride and was making a small impact drumming in his band French Quarter. Things fell apart and Owen had to crawl back home with nothing but a suitcase leaving the music industry entirely.

He rejoined some of his friends and started making a splash on the small local music scene and having the time of his life while living with the scars of the past, but nay, it wasn’t to be, life was calling, a new life with new rules and something Owen never had to deal with before… consequences.

After years of writing and recording in his various makeshift recording studios cramped in a basement or spare room annoying everyone in the neighborhood here we are. Finally willing and able to get out and try this on his own for the first time as a singer songwriter.
